This is a table-game version of Texas Hold'em in which you play against the Dealer. The object is to have the best five-card hand formed from your two hole and five community cards dealt face up at the centre of the table. If you have the best hand at the end of the game, then you are paid 1:1 on all of your Flop, Turn, and River bets. Additionally, if you have a straight or better, you are paid 1:1 on your Ante bet, else your Ante is pushed.
Getting Started:
Place an initial Ante bet (see How to Bet for more details) and click the DEAL button to start. You and the Dealer each receive two hole cards. Neither you nor the Dealer can see each other's hole cards. At this point, pre-flop, your choices are: FOLD Abandon your hand, forfeit your Ante bet and end the game. BET Bet an additional 2x your original Ante bet.
If you bet, play continues and no additional bets are required to progress through the remaining cards. After the Flop bet, three community cards are dealt, and you have an optional betting opportunity called the Turn bet. Your choices are: CHECK Make no bet, play continues.
BET Bet an additional 1x your original Ante bet, play continues.
Another community card is dealt and you have one more optional betting opportunity called the River bet. Your choices are the same as with the Turn bet.
Once all the community cards have been dealt, if you have a better hand than the Dealer (see Comparing Poker Hands for more details) then you win! You are paid 1:1 on all of your Flop, Turn (if placed), and River (if placed) bets. If you won with a straight or better (see Poker Hand Rankings) then you are paid 1:1 on your Ante bet, else your Ante bet is returned
