What Is Pokerbet?
Pokerbet is based on a Texas Holdem Poker themed game. The object of the game is to predict the seat that will win the overall Poker hand throughout various stages of the game. The game takes place over 4 betting rounds with each seat showing odds dependent on the chance it has of winning the hand after the final card is dealt. These odds change at the start of each round to reflect the impact of new cards that have been dealt or revealed since the last round.
In Pokerbet, the best combination of two unique hole cards (two specific cards dealt to each seat at the start of a game) and five community cards (cards shared by all seats drawn in the middle of the table) are used to form five-card poker hands. Any combination of two hole cards and the five community cards can be used, ie;
> Both the hole cards and three of the community cards.
> One of the hole cards and four of the community cards.
> Neither of the hole cards and all five community cards.
Only 5 cards are used to make a hand. Identical hands result in a split win and are not decided by the 6th or 7th card.
